Museum of the Mind and Flow Magazine launch the podcast series “Time for the Spirit”.
Journalist Karine Hoenderdos, known for the podcast series Gezond Gesprek, delves into the creative spirit in this series. Artists, writers, illustrators, scientists and photographers talk about their special spirit; how do they come up with their ideas, how do they deal with all the stimuli in daily life, how do they calm their mind, and is it sometimes a problem – and what do they do?
Museum of the Mind and Flow Magazine are working together to promote more attention and awareness about mental health, and what you can do to take care of your mind.
“Time for the Mind” offers inspiring public programs where visitors are called on to pay attention to their own mind and to reflect on what these times require of them, and whether it can be done differently. This year there will be Time for Mind Events – online and offline; lectures, workshops, inspiration sessions and much more.
The podcast can be listened to via Spotify and Itunes. And you can become a friend of the show via https:// Vriendvandeshow.nl/tijdvoordegeest.
