More sustainable? How do I start?

What do you think of when you hear the word ‘sustainable’? Do you want to reduce energy, do you want to use your furniture for longer, do you want to serve organic food or purchase sustainably? Or all?

Sustainability has a different meaning for everyone. Because there are so many definitions going around, don’t waste your energy looking for the right definitions. It is better to focus on how you want to interpret it.

How do other entrepreneurs in the area do that?
Four fellow Plantage members share their experiences with making their purchasing more sustainable. On the green roof of the Zoku Hotel, Liesbeth (Jewish Cultural Quarter), Reinier (Zoku Hotel), Remi (Borrl Kitchen Deli) and Xander (Restaurant Entrepot) talk about their vision and experience. Curious about their stories?
