Over drie en een halve week is het kerst! It’s Christmas in three and a half weeks! A fantastic Christmas menu is being prepared in Restaurant PARK in Hotel Arena, with mouth-watering dishes… treat yourself and your loved ones.
Brighten yourself up with delicious flavors prepared by our chef Roel Gilissen and his star team. On Christmas Eve we serve a festive four-course menu and on Christmas Day and Boxing Day you can treat yourself to a five-course menu;

Chief Roel Gilissen
Our new chef Roel has been following his passion for cooking and eating for more than 20 years. For example, he has set up Hotel Des Indes, De Hoefslag and his own restaurant Fines Claire with great pleasure.
For him, food is about being together and conviviality, while he surprises you with full, beautiful flavors and refreshing freshness while enjoying a delicious wine or drink.
