Exclusively during the Ascension- and Whitsunday weekend, Museum Het Rembrandthuis organizes free paint demonstrations for young and old. You will learn more about the pigments Rembrandt used, where they came from and how he went on to make his paint.
The demonstrations are held in the place where Rembrandt himself worked: in his studio. Here he created his masterpieces between 1639 and 1658. Young explorers are also given a special Rembrandt treasure hunt with every visit, full of fun questions and facts about Rembrandt and his house.
