Sustainability market in East and more in National Climate Week

12:00:00event

It’s National Climate Week, and the municipality of Amsterdam is participating!

During National Climate Week from Monday October 30 to Sunday November 5, residents, companies and governments from all over the Netherlands will show what we can do for a better climate and how we can prepare for climate change. Also the municipality of Amsterdam. A number of activities are highlighted on the website.

Come to the sustainability market on November 4 and discover how you can make a positive contribution to a sustainable future!

At this market in Amsterdam East, sustainability experts, organizations, entrepreneurs and residents share their ideas, projects and practical tips with visitors and each other. For example, the Repair Café, Jungle Amsterdam and the Fix Brigade, the Buurtcampus, MeerEnergie and other energy cooperatives are present. From energy and biodiversity to sustainable food and the reuse of items and resources, everything is covered! The energy coach of the !Woon foundation is ready to give practical tips about sustainable and energy-efficient living.

Information is shared from the sustainability cargo bike about making homes more sustainable and help is offered in applying for subsidies. Would you rather talk to a civil service-manager or to the climate mayor? That is also possible! The market takes place during National Climate Week from October 30 to November 5, 2023.

You can still register for a stall via this link; there are places available.

Sustainability market, November 4, 12 noon to 4 p.m., in and around the Stadsloket Oost (Oranje Vrijstaatplein 2).
