From July 9 to September 4, 2022 you will find a summer family program at the National Maritime Museum! Every day there is something fun to do for young and old.
For example, come on Tuesday or Sunday for plastic fishing with Plastic Whale: a fun trip on the water that also contributes to a cleaner city. Or make a quirky flag on the Open Square and craft your own story.
Preschoolers (3+) can listen to a narration from the book Julian is a mermaid – a beautiful story about being proud of who you are. For children aged 6+, there is a guided tour of the exhibition The Story of the Whale.
And as always, there is the exciting treasure hunt and viewing tour, children can do the junior audio tour and indispensable during a day at the Maritime Museum: climb aboard the VOC ship Amsterdam.
You can find the entire program here.
