This summer ten movie nights in the magical courtyard of the museum

In August, Amsterdam’s largest open-air cinema returns for the fifth time to the romantic courtyard of the Hermitage Amsterdam. This year’s Movies at the Hermitage program includes no fewer than ten movie nights. Programmed during the last two weeks of August on Wednesday to Sunday.

Wednesday 17 August is the big premiere evening with the Dutch film Rabat on the screen. Lead actor Nasrdin Dchar won the Golden Calf for his role in the category ‘best actor’. Dchar will be present as guest of honor and speaker at the premiere evening. T

raditionally, film connoisseurs put together the program. This year they chose film classics such as Life of Pi, City of God and Little Miss Sunshine. Every film screening starts with a special film quiz. Participate and win great prizes. Movies at the Hermitage is a collaboration between the Hermitage Amsterdam, Bora Bora Productions and Outdoor Cinema. Tickets are now available online at moviesatthehermitage.nl.
