Eyewitness: Dolf Schaap

11:30:00event

An eyewitness regularly shares his or her memories of the Second World War through an interview with Esther Göbel, project employee Jewish Cultural Quarter. On Sunday, December 8, Mr. Dolf Schaap (1932) will speak

These unique stories are told in the presence of an audience and the conversations are recorded on video. The group of survivors who experienced the Second World War is becoming smaller, while the demand for information is growing. The unique stories of the survivors provide insight not only into difficult issues from the past, but also into the present.
We record these testimonies on video for the future, so that we can pass them on to a wide audience, so that we will never forget. We hope these interviews will be viewed and shared by many. On this page you will see an overview of the speakers of previous eyewitnesses and you can watch the recordings NHm tells: Eyewitness | Jewish Cultural Quarter (jck.nl)
