The Amsterdam Museum Camp is back!

During the autumn holidays, children between the ages of 9 and 12 in the North, West, New West or East districts can work on a creative project with an artist for a week. From stained glass to ceramics: the program is completely free. Register quickly.

From Monday October 28 to Friday November 1 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. You are expected to be present for the entire week.

Nieuw-West: AZC Willinklaan (Willinklaan 3)
East: Youthland (Valentijnkade 131)

Program partner Openbare Bibliotheek Amsterdam makes their locations available during the Amsterdam Museum Camp and provides a program during the Amsterdam Museum Camp.

What are you going to do?

• Monday: On Monday we go to the Amsterdam Museum with the Culture Bus. The children gather at the location in their own part of the city. Here the children get a tour of the exhibitions of the Amsterdam Museum. The children carry out an assignment in which they learn how to convert what they have seen and heard into art. This day may end earlier than 3:00 PM.
• Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday: These are the production days. The children get to work with the artists. Together they create a work of art. These days last from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. 
• Friday: We finish the artwork on Friday morning. After lunch we will close the week festively at the location in your district. Parents/guardians are also welcome!
