The back side of the Hortus, by the water. It’s peaceful and serene, with a view of the Hortus, the renovated greenhouse and the tropical plants — a place I also love to pass by with friends by boat. I always sail through the Plantage; it’s a quiet beauty in the heart of the city, where, if you’re lucky, you might suddenly hear the roar of a lion.
