It won’t be long now! Wow, April was an exciting month for the Hortus! The very first Cape plant was planted in the brand new Climate Greenhouse and the tropical plants returned.
The return of the tropical collection – from their guest greenhouse in Belgium – was festively celebrated with a symbolic welcome party in the Hortus, accompanied by a real brass band.
And on June 2nd, it’s party time for all visitors: because then the renovated, sustainable Climate Greenhouse will open to the public again! We can’t wait to welcome our visitors back to this special place. Will you come by this summer?
