The SOOP organises a wide range of activities, from social mornings and afternoons to various courses. There are also chamber music performances, films, lectures and exhibitions – all taking place in our own building with a spacious garden.
The building manager is the first point of contact for everything related to the house and garden.
Tasks and responsibilities
- You regularly check the building and identify issues and areas for improvement. Minor maintenance is carried out by yourself
- For larger repairs, you arrange and receive technicians
- You oversee cleaning, safety and fire safety regulations
- You act as the contact person for external parties such as cleaning and maintenance companies
- You manage the keys
Profile
- You are practical and independent
- You have basic knowledge of heating, safety and security
- Preferably, you have experience in a similar role
