As said. Saviro is an enterprising type. This is how he introduced himself in our mailbox:
“My name is Savino Fieren, I am 15 years old and live on the Plantage Muidergracht. This year I am participating in School at Sea: a special educational adventure in which I sail around the world on a tall ship for six months, while continuing my schoolwork on board.
It is a challenge: to be allowed to participate, I have to finance my own trip. That is why I organize sponsorship activities from the neighborhood, such as boat trips and a sponsored bike trip on a tandem from Amsterdam to Zeeland together with another participant.”
