6 October – 30 November 2025 • Amsterdam City Centre
This autumn, the heart of Amsterdam transforms into an open-air studio. Dozens of temporary sculptures made from local Amsterdam canal wood will appear at tree-planting sites awaiting new growth.
Artists create unique works inspired by the theme “Framed by” — art that frames the city, sparks imagination, and beautifies the streets.
Circular & social
The Wood Art Route is an initiative by Amsterdams Grachtenhout — locally sourced wood, local talent, local impact.
