How did Rembrandt view life – from birth to old age? Discover it this summer in Rembrandt & Life at Museum Rembrandthuis.
Featuring over 50 prints and 2 remarkable paintings, the exhibition takes you through the different stages of life through Rembrandt’s eyes: from crying babies and young lovers to old age, loss and human vulnerability.
A special highlight is Rembrandt’s Treasure Room, where you can experience the masterpiece The Anatomy Lesson of Dr. Jan Deijman up close, accompanied by an audio tour and a slow-looking experience.
Also fun: visit the drawing studio and create your own artwork inspired by Rembrandt.
